She specialises in ADHD support therapy working closely with individuals to improve executive functioning, emotional regulation, and adaptive skills. Marianna’s therapeutic approach is integrative, combining Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with third-generation therapies such as mindfulness-based techniques and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Marianna is passionate about empowering clients by fostering self-awareness and psychological flexibility. She believes in creating a collaborative and supportive therapeutic space where each person’s unique strengths and challenges are honoured. Her approach is shaped by a commitment to evidence-based practice, deep empathy, and a drive to support meaningful personal growth.

Marianna’s primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which she utilises as the cornerstone of her treatment for mental health conditions. This approach involves implementing specific protocols and a structured number of sessions to address a wide range of clinical and everyday life situations. However, she is also flexible in her methods, adapting to the individual needs of her patients. Depending on the specific requirements of each client, she may incorporate techniques such as play therapy and free association into her treatment plans. Furthermore, Marianna has received training in psychoanalysis, offering a distinct perspective that proves invaluable in certain conditions. Her dedication to continued learning is evident through her extensive academic background and active participation in conferences related to various mental health fields, including ADHD, Neuropsychology, Personality Disorders, and more.

Marianna has accumulated significant practical experience, including 400 hours of intervention practice at the ANAR Foundation in Spain, where she provided crisis intervention for a diverse range of issues. Additionally, she has contributed her expertise to the education sector, offering intervention techniques to children and adolescents facing academic difficulties.
