Our patients’ experiences

"Working with Dr. Mariana Kaiseler and drawing on mindfulness elements helped me face the most stressful situations, while remaining focused and able to make logical decisions when needed. These techniques came into their own during some of the worst storm in the summer season, when two hurricanes past over the boat. Also, during the long isolation period of the adventure being able to cope on my own during challenging and quiet periods. These tools helped me to take back control and achieve my goal while enjoying the whole adventure."
