A member of my family needs help, can he/she/they be forced to attend therapy?
Unfortunaly, therapy is only taken on a voluntary basis.
Can I change my appointment to another day of the week?
Yes but please note that we have a cancellation policy of 48 hours prior to appointments.
Do I need a referral to schedule an appointment?
No, you do not need a referral. You are welcome to call us directly to make an appointment.
How long does the appointment take?
Appointments have different durations depending on the service:
– Initial consultations: Approximately 1 hour.
– Psychotherapy sessions: 45 minutes
– Assessments: Please contact us
– Other services: Please contact us
In case of emergency where should I call?
In case of emergency please contact inmediately your GP or the hospital . Please note that we do not provide emergency services.
What payment options are available?
Cash, debit/credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and bank transfers.
Who can refer?
OMNIA Mental Health Clinic accepts referrals from GP´s Psychiatrist, other health care professionals and self referrals.
