Neurofeedback is suitable for both children and adults and is often used for concerns such as ADHD, anxiety, low mood, sleep difficulties, and performance enhancement.

TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) is a non-invasive treatment that uses gentle magnetic pulses to stimulate areas of the brain involved in mood, focus, and emotional regulation.
It does not involve medication, needles, or sedation, and you can return to your usual activities immediately after each session.
TMS is clinically approved in Ireland for depression, especially when medication has not been effective, but it is also used to support individuals experiencing anxiety, OCD, and other mood-related conditions.
It is a safe, evidence-based option for people seeking an alternative or complementary treatment to traditional medication or therapy.
