Child & Adolescent Therapy Services and Parent Support
At Omnia Mental Health Clinic, we provide evidence-based psychological and psychiatric care for a wide range of conditions. Our clinicians combine clinical expertise with compassion to help individuals, couples, and families improve mental health and overall wellbeing.
Children and adolescents may face emotional, behavioural, or social challenges, including anxiety, low mood, emotional outbursts, school difficulties, or challenges with friendships. At Omnia Mental Health Clinic, we provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy in a safe and supportive environment.
Our child-centred approach is gradual, allowing young people to build trust, feel understood, and engage meaningfully in therapy. Sessions are tailored to each child’s age, strengths, and needs, combining play-based approaches with structured therapeutic techniques.

Parental Support
Parenting a child with emotional, behavioural, or developmental challenges can be demanding. Dedicated parental support sessions provide a confidential space for parents and caregivers to explore challenges, develop strategies, and build confidence.
Support May Include:
- Guidance on understanding your child’s behaviour and emotional needs
- Practical strategies for home routines, boundaries, and communication
- Support for managing stress and preventing parental burnout
- Developing emotional resilience and self-care practices
- Strengthening the parent-child relationship
- Children who experience difficulties around eating, including food selectivity, sensory sensitivities, anxiety at mealtimes, or highly restricted diets
Supporting parents is a key part of child therapy. When parents feel supported, informed, and emotionally stable, children benefit significantly.
Who Can Benefit
Child and adolescent therapy may benefit young people who:
- Experience anxiety, low mood, or emotional overwhelm
- Display behavioural or self-regulation challenges
- Struggle socially or with confidence
- Face school stress or family transitions
- Are neurodivergent or exploring developmental differences
- Need a safe space to express emotions and build coping skills
Our goal is to help children and adolescents feel understood, supported, and confident, while collaborating closely with families to promote long-term emotional wellbeing.
