Thea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from University College Dublin (UCD) and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Behavioural Neuroscience at UCD. Her research experience includes exploring undiagnosed ADHD in adults and, more recently, examining executive function, screens and cognitive development in toddlers.
Thea is passionate about neuropsychology and values applying neuroscience techniques to deepen our understanding of psychological processes. Committed to evidence-based practice, she aims to support individuals in enhancing their cognitive and emotional well-being through tailored interventions.
