As an unconventional Counsellor and Psychotherapist, my practice is deeply rooted in an extensive exploration of human behaviour within the context of the external world. My ongoing research endeavour continually enhance my insight, enabling me to provide profound support to my clients.

In my practice, I address a broad spectrum of concerns and issues, including but not limited to adulthood and historical abuse, adolescent therapy, navigating alternative relationship structures (such as polyamory, polygamy, and open relationships), anger management for adults, anxiety, bereavement, bullying, career and life coaching, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), cultural issues, couples counselling, depression, divorce, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), general counselling, grief, low self-esteem, loss, long-term illness, marriage counselling, mindfulness, moral dilemmas, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), parenting, panic attacks, phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder, relationship challenges, self-esteem, separation, stress management, sexuality, spirituality, suicide prevention, telephone and Skype counselling, trauma resolution, and workplace-related issues. I work across a diverse range of age groups, including teenagers aged 15 and above, adults, and elders.
My approach is grounded in empathy and understanding, creating a safe and supportive space for individuals and couples to explore their concerns, attain deeper self-insight, and embark on a transformative journey toward personal growth and healing.
