Neringa has a bachelor degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Glyndwr University, Wales. With over eight years of experience, she has had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, including adults, teenagers, and couples. Her practice draws from a range of theoretical approaches, including but not limited to CBT, integrative, humanistic, psychosomatic, motivational interviewing, and person – centered modalities, among others.
As an unconventional Counsellor and Psychotherapist, Neringa’s practice is deeply rooted in an extensive exploration of human behaviour within the context of the external world. This multifaceted understanding draws from a rich tapestry of educational, scientific, and personal perspectives, encompassing social dynamics, cultural influences, psychosexual development, primal instincts, environmental factors, physical well-being, and spiritual dimensions, among others. Neringa’s ongoing research endeavours continually enhance her insight, enabling to provide profound support to her clients.

Neringa’s primary objective is to assist clients in their journey toward achieving equilibrium, fostering a profound self-awareness, and discovering the most effective strategies for addressing the diverse array of challenges they may bring to our sessions. In her practice, Neringa address a broad spectrum of concerns and issues, including but not limited to adulthood and historical abuse, adolescent therapy, navigating alternative relationship structures (such as polyamory, polygamy, and open relationships), anger management for adults, anxiety, bereavement, bullying, career and life coaching, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), cultural issues, couples counselling, depression, divorce, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), general counselling, grief, low self-esteem, loss, long-term illness, marriage counselling, mindfulness, moral dilemmas, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), parenting, panic attacks, phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder, relationship challenges, self-esteem, separation, stress management, sexuality, spirituality, suicide prevention, trauma resolution, and workplace-related issues, therapy tailored to individuals struggling with ADHD, which are available via phone or virtually. She works across a diverse range of age groups, including teenagers aged 16 and above, adults, and elders.

Her approach is grounded in empathy and understanding, creating a safe and supportive space for individuals and couples to explore their concerns, attain deeper self-insight, and embark on a transformative journey toward personal growth and healing.
