Rebecca is a fully qualified psychotherapist, having completed her training at IICP College, where she earned a BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy. She is an IACP pre-accredited psychotherapist and counsellor with extensive experience supporting clients across a wide range of challenges.

Therapeutic Approach

Rebecca is deeply passionate about fostering healing, growth, and self-understanding through empathetic, individualised therapy. She is dedicated to creating a warm, inclusive, and affirming space where individuals from all backgrounds, including neurodivergent clients, aiming to create a space for clients to feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their unique experiences. Rebecca has specialised training and experience in areas such as trauma, eating disorders, LGBTQIA+ issues, and neurodiversity.

Her work with neurodivergent clients emphasises understanding the diverse ways in which minds function, exploring strengths, challenges, and sensory or cognitive differences. She approaches neurodiversity with respect and curiosity, aiming to celebrate individuality while supporting clients in navigating systems that may not always accommodate their needs as well as supporting clients towards their goals.

She has worked extensively with clients facing issues such as:
