Dr Angela Rousseva is a French-trained Consultant Psychiatrist with nearly 30 years’ experience in general adult and child and adolescent psychiatry across Ireland, France and French Polynesia. She has particular experience in assessing and supporting people with ADHD, autism, intellectual disability and co-occurring mood or anxiety difficulties. Her therapeutic approach is informed by CBT, EMDR, ACT, Lifespan Integration, family work and psychoeducation, and she tailors it to each person’s needs. Fluent in English, French and Bulgarian, she is committed to evidence-based, respectful and neurodiversity-affirming care for neurodivergent individuals and their families.
